Purchased Avira Prime but I cannot access my Avira account

I have purchased Avira Prime today (Feb. 3, 2020) but somehow I cannot access my account at the moment.
I forgot my password but if I ask to reset it I keep getting this message:

I have tried it several times now but to no avail.
Can you please see to it that I can reset my password.

https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans your license.
Important: Log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to order your now active licence. This is extremely important if you have several email addresses in your Avira customer account. The Prime license is not in the customer account you are using to write here.
