Avira Updater errors with Administrator Permissions

Today my Avira popped up a window saying I can upgrade my version to the latest for free. This also appeared last month, and like then, today's attempt fails saying I need administrator permissions to install. I am the administrator of my Windows 10 Pro, plus I even logged in under Administrator and still received the same error. I've restarted Windows in Safe Mode with Network and still get the same error. What's the deal here? Should I completely uninstall my current version using IObit Uninstaller so that every trace of Avira is removed from my computer, then attempt to install this latest version, or simply forget the program update?
