Avira blocks hosts although it is disabled in settings!
AbgeschlossenHello,
I need OpenServer to modify my hosts file but can't get it - Avira blocks hosts file.
1. I have disabled hosts file protection in Avira settings - doesn't help.
2. I have added OpenServer to exclusions - doesn't help.
3. I tried even to disable Real-time protection - doesn't help.
Any other suggestions?

Hallo Liliia,
As this is an user2user board we haven't access to your data, please contact the Avira support team.
They have technical checks available there that we cannot use here in a publicly accessible forum.
As a customer with a valid license you have the possibility to contact our support team. You can log in https://my.avira.com into your Avira account and click on the left side on “Support”. There you'll find a way to get in touch
I hope this helps you!

Thank you, I found the reason. I should launch OpenServer with the Administrator permissions. Hope it will help to others.
