    • Is it the free or the Pro version?
    • Did you purchase the monthly license in the Avira Online Shop or in the App Store?
    • Under which OS was the purchased license activated and did you receive a confirmation email for the iPhone?
    • Please describe exactly what you have done so far?
    • For which (Apple) operating system is your activation available?
    • Is the operating system up to date with all updates?

    Hi there,

    • It is the Free Version
    • N/A
    • MacOS Sierra 10.12.16 and iphone 6
    • Have restearted Mac, opened package contents to try laucn from their - not working, doesnt launch on iphone. The Avira antivirus app laucnhes perfectly fine on both iMac and iPhone.

    • all software up-to-date.
