Entering the validation code on an expired Avira Pro Business version and replaced by a "free" version.

We are Avira partner.
On several occasions we have had to install the Avira license renewal code on our clients' workstations. When the license has not been renewed before the expiration date, the Avira antivirus goes to "Free" version. From this moment we are forced to uninstall Avira, and reinstall to be able to access the renewal code. Is there an easier way to get there without uninstalling Avira?
I specify that it is an "Avira Pro Business".
