My Avira Page Keeps Reloading
AbgeschlossenFirst of all, I deeply appreciate your amazing products. I just have one issue with your website, more specifically, My Avira page.
1) I live in South Korea and I use Firefox.
2) On your website "https://www.avira.com/", I click "My Account - Login".
3) Log in page appears on the screen.
4) I enter my email and password to log in.
5) Then... the page keeps reloading. I think it is related to the language or location setting because the address bar of my browser keeps changing between "https://my.avira.com/en/auth/login" and "https://my.avira.com/ko/auth/login" back and forth, continuously. In the end, there is no way for me to access My Avira page.
However, the log-in is actually successful. For example, I can access "https://support.avira.com/" page and I am logged in. (That is why I can write this post.) Also, I can log in from Avira applications.
I do not think this problem is related to my own laptop or browser. I tested different browser on my laptop and on my Android phone. The result is all same.
Can you please help me with this issue?

If I try to log into the Avira Security App (iOS), it does not log in.
I also paid for a Pro account. I would like it to work properly ...0 -

You are writing here in a public forum. We do not have access to your customer account.
- Which OS is installed on your system (exact details with version number)?
- Where did you purchase the license, in the Avira online store or in the App Store?
- Is the license displayed in your customer account under subscriptions?
- Do you get an error message?
Please describe what you mean by does the login via the app not work.
