    If I try to log into the Avira Security App (iOS), it does not log in.
    I also paid for a Pro account. I would like it to work properly ...

    • Which OS is installed on your system (exact details with version number)?
    • Where did you purchase the license, in the Avira online store or in the App Store?
    • Is the license displayed in your customer account under subscriptions?
    • Do you get an error message?

    Please describe what you mean by does the login via the app not work.
