pop up AVIRA ANTIVIR "profile could not be found " all day long ...

Hi , i ve got a problem after a windows update 

A popup AVIRA ANTIVIR screen with the text "The profile cannot be found" appears regularly.

What is meant by this and how can it be prevented ? 

i try several updates of antivir, check profil but pop up regulary appears again....

it drives me crazy...
