Error during installation

Yesterday, I tried to install Avira, but then I got the message:

The function you want to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available.  Put disk Avira in the station and click on OK. 

But I don’t have a CD-ROM of Avira. So I’m stuck in the middle of the installation. I have called the helpdesk, but it lasted a very long time. The connection was broken and still the probleem isn’t solved.

I have to work at home, because of COVD-crisis. So, it is very important that my computer works.

Please, help me.
