Licence expired and Fix now not work

Dear Avira Team,

 

We have an active subscription for 3 devices. There is no problem under Windows 10, but we can't activate Avira on Windows Server 2016 Standard. We clicked on Register button in Avira and logged into My Avira Account. There is 2 devices: Windows 10 and this Windows Server 10026.

 

But Avira writes that "Licence expired" and the "Fix now" function don't work. It writes: "Fixing... 0% fixed".

 

Please help us. Thank you for your answer.

  There you will find your contract documents and for technical things or installation problems there are further investigation possibilities. These are not available to us here in our user2user community.

  Please contact the support team directly with your inquiry about the problem.
