Refund from Microsoft Store
AbgeschlossenI purchased Avira Phantom VPN from the Microsoft Store on April 21st. It's within 14 days of purchase, so I'm within the time of the free trial and I want a refund. I've already canceled the subscription on the Microsoft store, but Microsoft is not issuing a refund, only not renewing the subscription. Please detail how I can get my refund. Thank you.

You bought VPN in Microsoft Store and where did you pay for it? If you need a refund, you can contact the seller, ask for a replacement where you bought your product.
I don't quite understand your contribution now.
Surely you have a receipt for your purchase, this is the document for the contact for a refund.If I have misunderstood something, please contact me again.

Thank you for your answer. Do you work for Aviva? There is some background you probably wouldn't have about this issue if you don't work for them, but I really appreciate and thank you for your desire to help even so.

If you buy our products from a third-party-store, we cannot access any refund requests. So in your case order and refund management is set by Microsoft as we aren't able to do it for you. Please get in touch with Microsoft to request a refund or cancellation of your subscription.
