Persistent notification and Permissions Manager grouping issues

Hi.

I have two queries (potential issues?) with the Avira Antivirus android app.

Firstly, I have a persistent "Avira Active Shield: Protecting your device..." notification that I can't dismiss. Is this normal? I've tried toggling a few of the notification settings within the Avira app and no change.

Secondly, Avira Permissions Manager groups all my phone's apps into an "undefined" group in the Permissions tab. I don't believe this is supposed to happen.

For both issues I've tried restarting my phone and no change (I'm using a OnePlus 7). Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and no change.

I have inserted screenshots below in case they help.

Advice or clarification would be much appreciated, thank you!
