    Hello Festim,

    There's something wrong with your Avira account.
    Please log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com . Very important: please log in with the e-mail address in your customer account that you used during the ordering process of the license. These two e-mail addresses must be identical. Do I understand this correctly: Under Subscription the license is not displayed, also the activation code is missing in the boxes below?

    But on the same page under payment history the payment is listed?
    Then you could see the reference number or the transaction code (PayPal) in this invoice.
    With this you can ask Cleverbridge for your license:  https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us/articles/203155800-How-can-I-contact-the-cleverbridge-Customer-Support-Team- 

    The license will be activated on the customer account with the email address used at the time of purchase. If you don't find any subscriptions in your account, it probably means that you are not logged in with the email address used to send the invoice.

    If there is further need for information, please let us know.

    Which Avira version is it?
    Which operating system is installed?
    Are several email addresses registered with Avira.
    Is it a new purchase or a renewal license?
    Has the payment been made with PayPal and the delivery address entered? Otherwise, a new account will be created.
