IPSec traffic is blocked
Hi there. I receive the above message when I try to set my location. Background info: I downloaded the software from the Apple Store. I've paid for a premium account. Can you help?

this might be caused by your network configuration which is not allowing IPSec. There are two possible solutions for that:
- 1 - Check if you can enable the following ports & protocols on your router:
UDP: 500, 4500
IP-Protocol: ESP
TCP-Port: 10000- 2 - Install the version from our website: https://www.avira.com/en/free-vpn
Unfortunately, due to the way the Mac App Store works, we can't transfer your premium account from there. But you can ask for a refund of the premium account through Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

In your router configuration, look for something to enable "IpSec passthrough" or similar. It'll usually be glommed in with NAT or port forwarding settings.
