Can't restore quarantined files in Avira MacOS version
I've been using Avira Antivirus in a MacOs during two months. Yesterday, Avira was detecting some files as malicious (some really were, since they are hacking tools) but others were just text files with documentation. Those files are actually part of my daily work.
Now when I try to recover the files from quarantine I get an error saying that the file can't be restored because an unknown error has happened. Now I can't recover my files.... my personal files are somehow kidnapped by Avira Antivirus.
I've tried to contact Avira but I can't find a support email or similar. Has had anyone the same problem? I'd really appreciate any help on this.
Thanks in advance!

Hello Jesus,

Let me know if you still need help with this topic.

One file on the desktop, a spreadsheet file, has reverted to a version five months ... back up your data, reformat the disk, reinstall macOS, and restore the backed-
up files. If the file has no mac os error code 6584 pointit could prevent the Mac Finder form accessing it. Merrick Bank Online Banking 0
