AbgeschlossenI've had a email to say thanks for renewing, but i haven't this is the first I knew about it and haven't used this product for some time The money has been taken from y credit card, but I can't find any way of cancelling this. I have tried logging onto MyAccount, but without success, partly because I didn't know I had an account. I've tried putting in my email address and reset password, but no email sent so I can do this. This is a scam, taking money without giving notice so we have no opportunity to cancel the subscription.
HELP as this is really stressing me out.
