My license is Avira Prime, why VPN is Free Version?

My license is Avira Prime, but my Phantom VPN remains Free Version all the time. Re-installation does not help to activate the Pro Functionality of Phantom VPN. Could you please let me know how to enable the Pro Version of Phantom VPN? It is said that Avira Prime involves Phantom VPN Pro.

Yes, Phantom VPN is included in the Prime version.

Yes, I have followed the instructions to install Avira Prime. Still, all softwares EXCEPT Phantom VPN are in their Pro Version. I did not receive any error message. My OS is Win10 Ver 1903.
The Phantom VPN cannot be used at all. With the Free Version Functionality, I could not even change the VPN location. It always asks me to purchase a Prime license, though my license is indeed Prime. This makes me feel quite uncomfortable.

Please make sure that you're logged in into your Avira Phantom VPN client with the same credentials which you've used for your Avira Prime apps.
