    Hello Antonio,

    Unfortunately, you did not specify from which Avira version you purchased the "Pro" Version and whether this license was purchased in the Avira Online Shop.
    The license is always automatically activated on the account with which the license was purchased. If you do not find any subscriptions in your customer account, this means that you are not logged in with the email address with which the invoice was sent to you.

    Why the license is no longer installed on your device we cannot say. If it has worked so far, please try a new installation.

    Hi! Same problem for purchase nr. 8057443. It s showing that I have a free version. I checked my email, account, etc. Just that s showing me a free licence found. Your offered solution did nor worked for me.

    I had ti uninstall 2019 version, ti stop old subscrition, to start a new subs and ti install the 2020 ver. fromn Google play. So, the old ver still runs on tablet until ends on 2020/08. The problem Is between the two ver
