    Hello Sinan,

    This problem can be caused by an Android update that resets permissions.

    In this case, please deactivate the device administrator for Applock+ and Antivirus Security under Security in the settings of your smartphone. Then you can uninstall Antivirus Security, including Applock+.

    This procedure must be performed in the safe mode of the device directly after the restart, otherwise, the settings are locked.

    The procedure for the safe mode depends on the device manufacturer.

    Please deactivate the device administrator as soon as possible (you may have to repeat this procedure) and uninstall the Antivirus Security App. You can then reinstall the app, as the permissions will be rewritten.

    Dear Arthur,


    Thanks for your answer but i think you don't read my message carefully. Yes i know, we need deactivate the device administrator for Applock+ and Antivirus Security under Security in the settings of my smartphone but i cannot. Because it gives error that is : "com.android.setting stopped " and dont allow us to do it.
    So we cannot remove it. Only avira gives this error my other all app. Has no problem. You need solve it.
    Please come back to me asap with solutions.

    Afterward, you are able to uninstall our app and reboot again.

    Dear Arthur,
    I tried To fix this issue by boot my device into safe mode as described but it gives eror and dont allow us to do it.     So we cannot remove it.
    This problem stars with your last uodating. A lot of people have this problem in Turkey. You can check same mail about it on play store in avira antivirus message part.
    I think you should do a updating for all peaople as soon as posibble.
    Please dont forget this is general problem not only my problem.

    I am still waiting for solutions for weeks. But No logicial reaply and solutions. If avira cannot solve this problem, it isso funny. This is your company fault with your last update. Many people has this problem but no solutions up to now
