Free instead of Pro
I've been using Avira Free version for a while and just updated to the Prime 3-month trial. Why does the virus protection say I'm using the "Free" version and has the option to upgrade to "Pro?

Well, please make sure that you're logged in with the same credentials which you've used to subscribe for your trial.
If this won't fix this, please tell us a bit more information as we need more details to analyze your issue.

I have a similar issue. I am using the free Prime trial and yet it asks me to upgrade to Prime to fix issues.
