operating system can't support avira

When I try to ,install avira I have this answer: "Your operating system is not supported by avira"
May be my computer is too old !
Tell me what can I do please.
PS If it is possible for yo to make me an answer in French language It will better for my comprehension !

Windows Vista isn't supported anymore.
System Requires:
- Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or above with the newest updates, hotfixes, and service packs installed.
We highly recommend using Windows 10 as Windows 7 is end-of-life.
