Diable Antivirus Pro

How can I disable the antivirus pro and salvage the files it gobbled up in the quarantine. It is in an infinite loop of reporting fake alerts. Ignore list does not work. All softwares are valid and never caused any problem. Now AVIRA has an issue. I need to disable, salvage files from quarantine and uninstall Avira. Can someone guide me step by step process? Thank you

  Avira Antivirus gobbled legitimate personal files. I need to restore them but Avira system is bugged just the same as the Ignore list. I need:

  - restore all my files (I guess I need to save them since I cannot restore them)

  - disable antivirus (it is not working properly)

  - uninstall and reinstall
