    Hello Heather,

    You have 2 passwords, for your Avira account and for the Password Manager.
    Without further details, we can't say anything about your problem.
    Please make sure that you have the latest version of Avira Password Manager installed via the Google Play Store.
    The error message tells you that your password for the Password Manager is incorrect.
    You might be able to check if you can log in directly via your web browser:
    https://passwords.avira.com/ 

    The Avira account consists of an email and a password.
    You can then activate yourself within your Avira account with the additional master password. Please note the difference between the password for your account and the password for the Password Manager!
