    You have given very small information on your question.

    "How to disable the use of the product?" Which product, which version of Avira do you want to deactivate?
    "How to disable debit money from my account?" You have entered the information and permission to debit money from your account, only you can stop it?

    We have no information about the Avira version, whether for a PC, tablet or a smartphone. Whether for the operating system for Windows, Android or iOS and where was the license ordered. Debiting 2 x per month is unusual.

    When ordering from Avira:
    In your customer account at https://my.avira.com/  you can view your licenses. There you can deactivate automatic license renewals so that they are terminated after the license expires.

    I have the home (free) version of avira.  Just curious if this has changed.  The vpn data used to refresh and start over on the first of each month, but for several months it has not.  I've never really come that close to using up the amount, but with all that's going on in the world, may start using the vpn a lot more.  Why doesn't it refresh any more?  thanks

    Please describe if you have changed anything. You don't get new data - 500 MB per month? You are registered with your e-mail address? But you received it earlier?

    well, my original questions, which I've asked several times and have nev/ sign up for the free version

          but, as described, you get double if you have a registered email, which I just verifed having??

     

    2.  Is there any way to stop the antivirus from telling me all of the updates I need to fix, because several of them can no longer be used/updated on my computer because of the browser I use, and also because I am still using windows 7, which is no longer supported for updates.  It's very annoying to constantly have the message showing I need to update

    It is a question of whether it is right to use security software without the latest updates. The updates for virus checking should be up-to-date, the malware is constantly being added...
    The question is, why was an antivirus program installed at all?

    To have a basic supply of virus protection, the protection programs should be up-to-date. An up-to-date operating system with up-to-date security protection programs are important factors to protect your data, as well as a current browser.

    For the programs that are no longer updated, you perhaps find a reader here in the community who can help you with outdated instructions.

    As you have problems with VPN, have you already tried to uninstall VPN and reinstall it?
