You are Protected Status not showing

I am sorry but for me it is not clear what exactly you are talking about.
As far as I can understand you don't receive a confirmation that your system is protected after using the SmartScan.
Please send us a screenshot of the apps interface and describe the issue in detail.
Also make sure that you are logged in correctly on your Android device:
