I am trialing Avira Prime for 30 days until 5 Aug 2020. After being frustrated by the inordinate time that some WEB sites take to connect and download, I gave up using Phantom VPN. It also affected content in some mail and prevented me seeing it. I tried getting help from support to no avail. The server in Australia is inadequate for service at a reasonable level so I am trialing another product which works fine thus far. I Googled some VPN critique WEB sites and they were critical of the Avira VPN server speeds and reported them as being inadequate in number and speed. So far the Anti-Virus seems to be working so will continue with that product.
