Virus scanner is quarantining all scheduled task in /windows/system32/tasks on windows 10.
Avria is quarantining all Task Scheduler task in /windows/system32/task folder on Windows 10 v1909.
All tasks were reported as suspicious, but marked as safe on rescan.
On attempting to restore the files, the entries were removed from quarantine, but were not added back to the /windows/system32/task folder.

The same happened to me - Windows 7 Ultimate: All tasks in /windows/system32/task were moved to quarantine (including Avira task!). I commanded to restore while marking them as safe/exception, process showed as sucessfull, but Task Scheduler is now empty! WTF?!
