    Hello Bob,

    Well, we're a bit confused. If you're purchased a subscription via iTunes (iOS/ macOS) it's not possible to use this subscription also within Google Play Store (Android). 

    If you want to use your subscription within an operating system like iOS/ iPadOS please make sure that you're logged in with the same credentials as which you've chosen while purchasing.

    Hi Arthur and thank you for the rapid reply. Since it was my intention to use the facility on my android phone I will put this down as an expensive lesson on my part. Thank you again.

    With this kind of subscription, just an Avira account is needed and you're able to use it on iOS/ iPadOS and Android as well as desktop operating systems.

    Installed the free app on my phone and find that my email accounts are fine apart from outlook which apparently has 9 problems. Have changed the p/w on one of the but app still shows 9. Am I taking the correct action?
