Removing an old version of Avira Browser Safety

How do I remove Avira Browser Safety (2015) from my windows 10 computer? Whenever I try to use the Windows 'Add or Remove Programs' I get an error dialog box stating that "OS version incompatible".  I have tried your suggestions of Safe Mode nad Registry Cleaner all to no avail.

You must have a fix for this by now.
