    Hello Rachad,

    I'm sorry to hear you have issues with Avira on your Mac. How did you trigger the uninstallation?

    Here's a quick guide on how to do it on macOS:

    After that, a reboot would help before you install Avira again.

    Hi, I have similar problem. Since I installed Avira on my MacBook Air 2020 i7 16 GB ram with latest MacOS 10.15.6, the computer freezes aproximitly. once a day. The mouse curser can still move, but that's all. The only way out of this, is to reboot the computer via power button. When removing Avira, this problem stops. Is there a solution to this problem?

    Your problem sounds a bit different from what Rached experienced. As your problem with the freezing system seems to be a new one, would you agree that I create a ticket in your name so we can investigate the issue with your help by gathering logfiles from your Mac?

    Hello Toni, 

     

    Yes that would be possible for me to send log files. I reinstalled Avira, and I disabled "Real Time Protection", and no "freezing" so far. I made report yesterday with https://etrecheck.com , can I send you this file in a safe way?
