Locked out of my laptop after enhancing privacy in Privacy Pal
I changed my Privacy Pal settings from personalized to enhanced and did a restart. Other user was shown instead of my picture and it asked for my password// pin / username or email all of which said was incorrect and kept me locked out.
Please get me back in as there is important information I need to access
