Recover product sent to an old email account
AbgeschlossenI made the mistake of not changing the old email address with the new one before buying my last product, so now I cannot use it. Is there anyway to resend it to the new email address, the old is not operative

Did you make the new license as an extension? Is your old license still running? Please check your customer account under https://my.avira.com whether a license is displayed there and whether it is still valid. If so, you could contact the Avira support directly and describe your problem about the new license and the new email address:
