    Hello Stéphane,

    Your problem is Avira Prime, the Software Updater.

    Have you ever tried to fix this application with a repair installation?

    If you have done the "manual reinstallation" exactly as instructed the installation should work.
    If the behaviour still exists, then the technical settings of your device and something in the installation file might not be correct.

    The only setting i have on my two completely different computers, are language setting. Seems like Avira have removed all other settings. Looking for another free antivirus with settings.

    And what opens in your interface when you click on the categories on the left side?
    Security - Privacy - Performance

    And what opens up on your interface when you click on the blue circle with the small i in the 3 fields in the middle of the picture?

    The gear wheel on topon the right side is only for setting the language.

     

     

    Where did you download the licence from?
    Did you also install the Avira version Prime like the previous speaker in this article? Prime Software Updater?

    Please give us more information so that we can better understand your problem.
