VPN cuts wifi connection.

If I turn on a Avira VPN it cuts the home wifi connection to my iPad. The VPB worked fine for about a week, and then suddenly there’s a problem.

  Hello Jamie,
  
  hard to tell what the reason is here. I guess you're using one of our 2 VPN apps (Avira Security and Avira Phantom VPN Pro). I'd suggest you to try both different apps, check if it works with a cellular network or other Wifi then your private one, and look if that works already.

  i had the same problem with my iphone. it wouldn't connect to my home wifi and simply stayed on network.

  What a waste of time reply from Avira

   

  four months on and I have the same problem with two iPads. One older and one less than a week old
