Unable to log in on Avira PWM app or Avira website with Google Account (new)

Recently I've been having problems with my Avira PWM app on my phone that I didn't have before. Basically, when I try to log in using my Google account, a code is sent to my number. The problem is that this number is an old one that I deleted from my Google account since it's not active anymore and I don't know what to do exactly to fix the issue.
I use the Avira PWM Chrome extension on my pc and have been no problems there, but still, if I try to log in with my Google Account on the Avira website, I get the same phone number issue (in fact I had to create a new account).
Can you kindly support me?

If you change the phone number you have entered as the confirmation phone number, you will encounter difficulties.
You will have to register again with the correct telephone number.Customers of Premium Products with a valid license can contact the support team directly.

You have entered the phone number as a confirmation number.
If you change it, it will not be possible to validate it. Have you re-registered and entered the correct phone number to confirm your registration?
A phone number that is no longer available cannot be used to validate a correct registration.

This is in fact the problem. I registered with a phone number, but then my phone company deactivated it because I didn't recharge money for one year (regardless of the fact the I was still using it). They told me that the number is irrecoverable. What can I do?
I can still use it on my PC for some reason tho, but I need it on my phone too.
