Problem with my account

I have just bought 1 year Phantom VPN Pro for my Mac with my Apple account.
After one hour of use, it lost the connection to VPN server and I can't get on again. I have used the free service a few times and I had no problem, so I thought it would be ok to pay for it....
I have been trying to contact the support, bu since I paid with my Apple account then I can only sign in that way, and your website havn't registered that I'm have paid and therefor can't contact the support team.
I do so much regret that I have bought 1 year!
Please help!!!

This problem is known, the product was purchased from Apple and is therefore registered in the Apple customer account
The problem could be solved by cancelling the product with Apple
https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT204084 and newly acquired in the Avira online shop https://www.avira.com/en/vpn-pro . The license would then be in the Avira customer account and can be edited and viewed at any time.Best wishes and a happy Sunday
