problems entering Dashlane after installing Avira

After installing Avira free, Dashlane will not accept my master password despite entering correct email address.

  It would be nice if you could send us more information.

  • What kind of device is it?
  • Which operating system is installed?
  • Did you reinstall Avira Free Security?
  • Did you remove the old version before - which one?
  • Did you protect the password manager before?
  • Please describe the exact procedure of the new installation.
