Phantom Account on apple billing, can't use it on MAC

I have subscribed last year to phantom on my apple store to protect my iPhone,
now the same need came for my Mac, therefore I went to my apple billing and I upgraded my sub to a "all device" which covers not only IOS.
installed Avira phantom VPN & Proxy on my Mac, logged in, but I can't restore the purchase.
Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this?

You purchased your licenses from the Apple Retail Store, and they should be in your Apple account. Unfortunately, we cannot access your Apple account from here.Have you already checked if the purchased licences are displayed in your Apple account?
Unfortunately, we are not able to check your licenses. We can only do this here with the Avira customer accounts, if the licenses were purchased in the Avira Online Shop.
The Apple customer service can probably help you with your request, but unfortunately we cannot do this here.
