Virus stops avira from running

Hello.

i fresh installed avira on my windows 10 laptop knowing already that i have a virus. It got installed successfully. Then i did a status scan but it didn't find anything though after it, it blocked an attempt of interference to the windows registry! After a restart of my laptop avira did not start automatically. I tried to start it manually but nothing happened. I am pretty sure the virus/malware interfered and blocked it. I also installed malware bytes  and did a scan with it. It found the malware but the laptop didn't get completely cleaned. 

I can send you the exported txt file from malwarebytes and a strange thing i found myself. In windows credentials the hacker installed a self account. I can send you a screenshot from this.

Update: i reinstalled avira and when i try to do a scan, it automatically cancels itself. Seems like a very strong malware is in my hdd.
