Hi, i have already subscribed using my google play account bbut when i installed the apps in my laptop it says i have no aactive subscription. Please help me.

  • Which product is involved.
  • Have you logged into your customer account with your access data for Avira.
  • You have bought the license at Google Play and activated it on your Android device from your Google account.
  • What did you buy from Google that you want to install on Windows (?) from your Avira account?
  • Can the license (which one?) of Google Play for windows be installed?

  Only licenses purchased in the Avira Online Shop are automatically stored in the Avira customer account.
