Problem with repeated "Finish Setting Up Avira" on Mac Catalina

About every 30 minutes I get the above notification to finish setting up Avira. I need this to stop!
MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H15)
Avira Anti-Virus 4.2.0.11
I was recently prompted by Avira to install an Update and I did that. The problem started immediately after that update.
I've deleted all files and reinstalled from a new 4.2.0.11 installer downloaded from my account on my.avira several times now. I need to fix this as that popup happens about every 15 minutes.
Can you please advise on how to solve the error.
