I have a licence key for Avira Internet Security Suite 2014 that I have not used. Is it still possible to use it?

  Hello C.R.Gunasekara,

  This license key should not be usable any more. Normally, the time from purchase to activation is around 24 months, after that the license expires and the activation code is no longer accepted.
  In addition, no license key is used any more for today's Avira online shop order, the customer gets the license activated immediately to the email address used during purchase.
  We regret not being able to provide you with any other information.

  I've unused 8 nos of Avira internet security suites 2014 and  is there any method to use this now.

  Is Avira company could do some thing on this?

  It would be nice if you could tell us where you acquired these licences - and importantly, when?
  Can you provide proof of purchase?
  If these licenses were purchased from the dealer, how did the dealer react to a refund?

If you are requesting a refund, you should provide us with all the details of your available receipts, whether you have all your purchase receipts with the date of purchase?   Please answer the questions:
  Where did you buy the licences?
  If at the dealer, did you visit the seller for a refund?

  If you have a proof of purchase, from when? Date of purchase!

  You can post a screenshot here in the forum. If your name is readable, please remove it.
  If these documents are available, we will see if it makes sense to forward your request after 6 years, without proof of purchase is a further processing or forwarding doubtful.
