Refund of Purchase
BeantwortetI bought Avira Prime for 2 years on November 23rd but I decided that I didn't want to use it anymore. I requested a refund on December 4th but I have not received any response from the support team yet. The right of withdrawal states that for 1, 2, or 3 year subscriptions, I can request a refund within a 30-day period. Clearly, my request is within that 30-day period. is my request being ignored? What's taking so long? I'm starting to get worried and impatient.

If you have applied for a refund, you will certainly have a copy of the refund application.

I've been trying in vain to place a request for a refund. I need to have a licence but i don't know what a licence is. is it a code number or what? Do I need to turn my subscription off before I find the licence and place the refund request? Help!

Dear sir,
I wrote to your firm a couple times but it seems no one is home at your firm. Avira charged me for another two year subscription since I cancelled my subscription a long time ago. I request a prompt refund of my membership fee. My emailadress is vwyn44st@outlook.com. Please refund my 79 euros and respond! I send a message with the paypal invoice also!
