Unsubscribe from e-mails.

Why can't I unsubscribe from the actual e-mail I receive?  I have to log on to my account first...and then untick various boxes...and then I get a message saying unable to action your request.  I am disgusted.  This is totally unacceptable.  I will never use your products again and will tell others to avoid Avira as well.

  To answer questions, comprehensible information is necessary.
  Would you please be so kind and send us some more detailed information?

  • Which operating system is installed on your computer - which version?
  • Which Avira version is in use?
  • Which emails do you mean - who sent them?
  • Do you mean notification e-mails "noreply" ?
  • Who informs you that no request can be answered?

  You are very annoyed, but with a feedback and the exact description of your problem we are ready to help you.
