I click the download link from my avira account, but I get an error, "The server IP address of host package.avira.com was not found."

How can i solve?

  "we noticed an unusual login from a device or location you don't usually use."

  I recently had to change my internet carrier.  The 2 IP addresses I have don't match  the error IP.
