VPN virtual locations

Lately ,with Avira Prime VPN :France virtual location doesn't work(problems on connecting and finding the sites) ,not yet with other virtual locations.

Why?Is it because the distances? Is it temporary?

  Well, we're a bit confused and cannot understand your request in detail. 

  Please be so kind and provide us this information:

  • Used operating system incl. version number
  • Avira Phantom VPN version
  • Connection type (WiFi/ mobile, etc.)
  • Connection (physical location --> virtual location)
  • Example site
