Dear Avira
I've been using Avira for over 20 years since Windows 3.1.
However, a few weeks ago, when I tried to run a virus scan, I got an error saying "例外（exception) unknown software exception (0xc0000XXX)". As a result of various investigations, I read the article that uninstalling avira once and installing it again may solve the problem, and I tried to do so, but I still got the same error when trying to run a virus scan. It was. I repeated uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but I still get an error.
So, unavoidably, I'm totally reluctant, but reluctantly, I had no other choice and installed Avast.
But my feelings are still in Avira. Is there any way to resolve the error? Thank you for your consideration and guidance.
