Phantom VPN is not working

Hello, am now in Canary Islands (Spain) , coming from Italy.
Trying to watch replay videos from an italinan website (Raiplay.it).
I have downloaded and install Phantom VPN PRO on my smartphone (Android)
but when I try to open the italian website it doesn't change anything
and still refuses me the access.
Help please, what is to be done to fix it? Thx

  Wich Android Version do you have?

  Hello Maria,

  Well, sadly if an IBP (Internet Broadcast Provider) is blocking access via VPN it is really difficult to fix this. These IBPs are spending a lot of money on their licenses and needing to make sure that this content is just available from the origin country.

  We're really sorry but cannot change anything in this case.
