No allow button after installing Avira Free Antivirus on macOS Big Sur

After installing Avira Free Antivirus, there is no allow button to click on. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled Avira Free Antivirus several times. I did a clean install of Big Sur succesfully. I can’t find good fix for this problem in the community, the workaround suggested for paid customers isn’t working for me, I only want the free antivirus to work I can’t find where to log in with my account (I’m not a paid customer). Can you please tell me how to fix this? It seems like a software communication problem between Avira and Big Sur. Previous versions on High Sierra and Mojave always worked perfectly for me.

  Hello Peter,

  Please note that "Avira Free Antivirus" isn't built for macOS 11 Big Sur. So please use "Avira Free Security for macOS" instead which is available

  Is there anyway to download the PKG for the new Avira Free Security for macOS (not the DMG, or applications that runs the download). 

  This would aid in Command line installation on MacOS Catalina and Big Sur.
