Passwords manager CSV import problem

Hello, when try import CSV file with passwords, manager only process and show rotate circles below the window. But nothing happens. We try export CSV to UTF-8 version or others but nothing changed. We use chrome browser and we clear cookies and other browser data, nothing changed. We looking for import option inside desktop application but we not found this.
