Where did you purchase the licence, in the Avira Online Shop?
If so, please log in to your customer account with your email address https://my.avira.com/en/auth/login and under Subscriptions

Important: Important: Log in with the correct email address, the licence is linked to this email address, which was used for the purchase, and will be activated immediately.
